Why don't you purchase 89c51RD2 design/learning kit. It cost only Rs 3500.0($80) in India. They are very good kit having LCD, Keyboard , I/O(on conn) , RTC , serial port, powered from USB cable , incircuit progm , flash magic, keil demo version , program example code. withing minutes you can start work on 89c51RD2 with help of these kit. I am using it and quite satisfied with it |
