There's a fair amount of work in implementing the 1-Wire protocol and talking to a DS18B20 (or other 1-Wire sensor).

So, like Jez, I don't think it's really fair to call this "easy" - it's not really difficult, but it's not trivial.

Given that the OP doesn't even seem able to think about how an LM35 could be substituted for a thermistor in a published design, I suspect that thinking about implementing the 1-Wire protocol could be beyond him/her...
