I see no problems.
Simple implement the four basic functions (send reset, send one-bit, send zero-bit, receive bit) and collect them like described in the data sheet.

Maybe some beginner understand not the ROM search method, but this was not needed on only one sensor per wire.


In opposition, I think, most beginners fear analog schematics and mathematics to calculate the ADC result.
And these all was not needed on a digital solution.
