You need to have these things crystal clear in your own mind - if you don't fully understand them, you won't be able to implement them properly.

Maybe it's just a language issue - but, if not, sloppy terminology suggests an incomplete grasp of the issues...

No, you won't be executing any file at all!

You will have to extract (and, possibly, decode) the data from the file before you can execute it!
