I cant question a man of your knowledge, RUSS. its just that i wanted to make sure of the approach before deploying it. Theres a lot at stake here for me, if i do this i get promoted with a higher salary and there would be 5,6 people working under me. if i dont do this, BUMMER!!!, kabeesh. you know what i mean thats why i wanted to make sure.

You are absolutely right about the forum, one can get grilled pretty nicely if one throws lany wrong information here. i have been grilled a few times so i can verigy with ample authority.
