I'm still a bit hazy on decoupling capacitors but don't let me take any more of your time, I can find somewhere with diagrams.
Decoupling capacitors are worthless if there is anay length of the wires to them. No info regarding this can be gained from a schematic. I have had cases where some (OK this is a "family oriented" forum) placed thw decoupling caps with traces of 8mm and had to solder caps directly across the chip to make it work. Erik |
