Clearly, purely on the criterion of "biggest RAM", MCS-51 cannot be "the best" - can it?

It may well be "sufficient"; it might even be "good" - but it cannot be the "best"

Anything you need to do to use BIG RAM will be easier (and probably also cheaper) to do on a "bigger" processor.
