"I had to refresh my screen for the new post to show, although the folder in the subject list showed red indicating new post, once i opened it there was no new post till i refreshed my page."

So let me see if I understand this correctly:

1. You post a message to the thread.
2. The site automatically takes you back to the main index list. You see a red "New" icon and the main list reflects the correct number of messages and the correct time for "last post" reflecting the message you just posted.
3. You click on the thread and your newly posted message doesn't appear in the list of messages for that thread until you hit "refresh."

Is that correct?
