 		 #2903 - Open Source TCP/IP?
The idea has been suggested, and it seems like a good one, that we get together and write an open source TCP/IP stack for the 8052. In my opinion, if it could support PPP that'd be even better since it would allow communication with dial-up systems.

This would require both knowledge of TCP/IP, PPP, and 8052 programming in general. It would also require time on the part of those who participate.

Is anyone actively interested? If so, I'll set up a message board for the open source group and we can get this beast programmed and available to the public.

Please let me know here on the message board. If there is interest, we'll do it.
