#2943 - Enlist now and be stationed in Hawaii
MAKING IT HAPPEN - STEP ONE

If this TCP/IP group takes off - even from the ground floor, you'll need to establish an HTML subdirectory for the project and need to start assigning some responsibilities. You'd better hurry before we come to our senses. :-)

As Sun Tse Junior wrote in his book, _Dilbert's_Art_of_War_: "Volunteer early for menial positions and you can avoid being thrust into project leadership."

Sage advice considered, I'll offer my time to be a project secretary. I can offer to design and upkeep the project homepage and will offer to create any graphics, diagrams, etc for that page.
Visualization requirements may be more necessary than first impressions - the project group will probably consist of international programmers and it will be wiser to rely heavily upon illustrations and diagrams.

"One picture is worth a thousand words - and much easier to translate."

-Jay C. Box

P.S.

I can assist with assembly language proofing and you will not be able to stop me from offering advice of algorithms and compression issues. :-)

For now I seek to avoid large programming committments as I'm starting a new design project and need my brain focused upon it.
