Thanks for your suggestions, Jay. I'm still waiting for a response from Tof as to whether he will be sharing his code or we'll be working from scratch. The answer to that question is going to directly effect how we organize.

Once this is determined, I'm going to contact everyone who has expressed interest with information to access a new message board which will be the start of the project forum. It will be readable by anyone who cares to follow the project, but only authorized participants in the project will be allowed to post. From that point we can figure out what additional facilities are needed (HTML directories, FTP areas, whatever).

I'll email Tof again and see if I can't get an answer so we can figure out where we're going.
