Appologize about the lack of info...i am a bit disorganized.

But yes, I have access to the "input signal" which is 12volts or 6volts at any given time. And I have the collector of the driving (onoff) transistor.

Point remaining that no matter if that input is 12 or 6 volts, it must be divided in half.

Add to this it's got to be a pretty cheap solution.
