#59060 - RE: Dual Port Ram memory problems Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello,
I have changed the wiring ,i have removed the rd_ of 8051 which was connected to OE_ of DPRAM ,instead i manually toggle the OE_ pin . With this i am able to read all the data . However when i write only 10 locations and read those again ,the values outputed are wrong . When i write to 255 locations or more and read the 10 locations ,the values are right again. I am not checking the busy flag for time being, i first write and then read . Is it timming problem?? I am using IDT as buffer ,the idea is that 8051 will be used to read the data from a GPRS system ,however on the other side for reading i will be using motorola 68332 processor .But to prove the idea if the DPRAM works properly ,i have used two 8051 on either sides. Are there any other option for buffers. Thanks Pravin |
