The interrput method suggested by Micheal is worth ,but i am yet stuck on the first point,reading the locations .
I have written the following code for WRITE and READ

I havent connected the RD_ of 8051 to OE_ of DPR,instead i manually toggle the bits.

I specify the problem again:
When i write 10 locations and read those using the above code ,i get garbage values,however if i write to more than 255 locations and read those than it is not a problem.
I am not doing the two task simultaneously ,instead the reading 8051 waits for more than a second till all the locations are written and then i start reading.
I havent used the serial interrupt to avoid the conflicts .
