...though in section 12.0 claiming the part to be "fully compatible with the MCS-51 instruction set", whatever that means, does not explicitly confirm... but this isn't an instruction set issue, is it? It's a behavioural issue of the hardware - beyond the scope of the instruction set! I think you're probably right - you will need to talk to Cygnal direct on this. |
