#62348 - Dear professors read this
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Hello

This is a link for using java on avr micro ,it takes only 4k flash and 512byte Ram ,I am sure it can be ported to cygnal ICs (8051).

Dear professors that are sure JAVA IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RUN ON PC51 read it carefullt,it is a good article for your new papers.

http://www.mjolner.com/embedded/...mel_en.php

Using java on embedded does not mean running Jbuilder 9 on 8051,I mean we can use a very tiny and light version of java on 8 bit micros for using java GUI features ,such as the using of it in cell phone designs and many new advanced devices using java for GUI .

GUI does not need to be hard real time.

You can run other parts of your program with c,like as device drivers, network stack,...

Java has many featurs that C does not have and give you many sinple but powerful tools.

Regards
