Respected friends, i have found out many good ideas in this forum about the above topic. But some of my friend instead discussing about above topic discuss aspect of topics which was completely useless. At some time it sound like that i am asking some one that where is toilet and in return person is saying why do you want to know. However i like to tell you guys why i wanted to know ways to data compression on low level. The array which i was referencing prevoiusly has no definite size uptill now. It is a part of optional feature on my project. Ofcourse no body wanted me to add serial EEPROM just to increase optional features. And also i cannot change hardware which is working fine.
The referenced array is a part of animations displayed on some custom display. So, the more compressed this data is, more animation i can show.
Uptill now i find out and understand that i have to define directory of datas which is frequently happening in array and simply replace those datas by a shorter code (byte etc) which some how translated back by a simple layer of functions.
Any more suggestion regarding to the core of subject will be very very helpful.
