Hi Erik,
I just love the way you explain things. The little facts you leave out to make sure your point get empathized. Aurangzeb said it was difficult to get the chip you are suggesting. You suggest other chips that probably are as equally hard to get. How do you explain that? How about the knowledge Auragzeb would gain by working on the programmer and getting it to work. How much of a price tag would you put on that? I say Aurangzeb should stick with the programmer until it is built and he would be 1000 times better than the way your are suggesting.
