Should I attempt to write a QBASIC routine to send slow clock pulses and see if fanout is an issue.

If feasible, can someone knowledgeable write the whole thing in a paragraph or two. I will then convert the same to QBASIC code.

It will also be a good diagnostic tools for future builders.
