I already offered you some ready made cheap programmers. As Erik said, without an oscilloscope you are completely in dark. I don't know whether you used the same components or some equivalents. But my experience is that this little programmer worked first time when i made it.
May be when you desingned the PCB, there is something wrong which did not caught your attention yet. From your recent post, it seems that your i/p (to the PC) circuitry is not working and reading FF all the times. U2 is the chip which reads back the flash in order to verify. Carefully check its connections and tell me if you can read the signature bytes of the chip or it also shows FF FF FF?? |
