Now we really are in Utopia, a parallel programmer for 1 1/2 times the price of a chip.

Why, isn't this is the case elsewhere?
Over the internet, price quotations are overwhelming. Ofcourse, they include several other features but still price levels around $200 is unthinkable for a programmer. Main issue is that, I had a hard time finding this chip around and over this I cannot expect to find its programmer also. Its ISP feature and good code memory were the things that prompted me to buy this chip.
