You can take comfort that in the long run your attitude will win.

In the United States, Great Britain and Germany they are exporting the engineering jobs to India. These countries have forgotten the old values and soon will reap their rewards.

I would recommend using whatever is available for your computer needs and don't listen to these guys who say you need this and you need that.
