Hi Tanuj,
Dont mind ,but do you have an electronics background and have you read the architecture of 8051.

On reset all the port pins are high ,except port 0 which is open collector .So if you want port0 to use as input output port pins they are connected to Vcc through resistor .Port pins of other ports need not be connected to Vcc
