Thanx for cooperation, i have checked all three possibilities u mentioned.

I m using CD4094 as shift register, strobe is given properly, this may be proven as the data is not skipped during display. it is clear, when we give HIGH on strobe pin, the data shifts to the output pins from the buffers. then it goes low again in one instruction.

2nd is multiplexing, if it is slow, how to make it fast. if i minimize the ontime of each row, it goes dim and scroll runs fast.

3rd is update synchronizing, it is done properly, u can see my display routine, i have posted earlier.

If there is flaw in my code/technique do breif me.
