Hi friends,

At present I am planning to use Cypress FIFO memories for storange of ADC values these memories are very fast 10ns access time.

For this project FIFO mempry will work but just out of curiosity I want to know are there any other SRAM that are faster than traditional 62xxx series SRAM and can be accessed like 62xxx series traditional SRAM I mean not like FIFO but random access. I serached a lot on 8052.com forum as well as RS India website but no help.
