Again, it's not the connectors that are the problem - it's the assembly that's being done badly. If it's just small quantities, can't you just buy the parts from RS or Farnell and build your own? RS 210-5012 is a low-cost hand-tool suitable for crimping this sort of contact (I've got one and it works for me - with care). You might even try asking RS or Farnell if they offer a cable assembly service, or if they can recommend anyone. |
