The specific problem you are facing is the inferior wires used, because Connectronics Bombay has the proper crimping tool. Nearly every trader is saving on the wire, particularly the TVS connector being expensive than the rest. In Pune luckily we have a TVS dealer who sources his own wires and which are top class(Bhaide Electronics 02024495384), he sells small(50Pcs) qty too. Alternately you should insist on company(TVS) crimped wires, but them again it is difficult to distinguish them from the fake.
