#85119 - attach to large SRAM Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Have a look at Philips MX/669, they achieve 23 bit addressing by having 2 address latches (P0 and P2) thus the normal pin availability is there. Keil support this linear addressing scheme. I do believe that Dallas also0 have a large linear address '51 derivative. If you have the time (oh well, this is the fastes chip you can find) something like an 8 port SILabs f12x with 4 ports for address/data (you will need to se the high 8 bits "manually") could also be an idea.
