Unless you are going into mass production where prces could be negotiable, I would recommend you using 4x 512kbyte devices. There is a big competition in this size and digikey lists a 70ns Toshiba part for $4.13, which together with the required PCB space and assembly costs make a good price. Jan Waclawek |
