The drawback of Philips' P89C51RD2 is, that it's FLASH needs to be erased in big chunks
What problem is that, do you not erase/reprogram all your code?. I can see the argument for a smaller page size if some part of high code memory was used for DATA storage, but CODE is replaced all or nothing. Erik |
