The method you suggested is an excellent one. The only problem I see is the size of the PCB will increase If I use three diffrent signal conditioners for three gains.

Kai, here I am talking about the same circuit that I had mailed you yesterday. I want to adjust the gain by varying the gain of the precision rectifer. By varying the resistor values. Using three diffrent precision recitifiers for three diffrent gains??? What do you say, what to do?
