I did not mean he should us USB. USB is built on I2C. The USB protocol is on top of that.
Well it may be true that the twinkle in someones eye caused by I2C led to USB, but it's certainly NOT built on I2C. And as someone chimed in, I considered I2C to be too slow (if bit-banged), so that eliminates things built on top of it too. |
