A licensing agreement and purchase offer is a SETTLEMENT, it ends the legal case before a judge/jury decides a verdict. If that's not a settlement, do please explain what is. And there is no eventually may get, the deal is a four year agreement the Compuware executives announced to their shareholders on 3/22/05. Have a nice day! |
