#91264 - Running two voltages?
Responding to: ???'s previous message
what, do you guys take me for a noob? I did not ask for ways to interface the EPROM using external logic chips to convert voltages. I have and I thought I meant I had no intentions of doing this. If I planned to convert signal voltages, I wouldn't have posted here the first place. Okay, excuse me for my terminology before; the -2 to 7 spec is for the absolute operating stress conditions. Like I said, the M27V512 will run under 5 volts, this is what is used when in verify mode, but when in verify mode, vpp needs to be at high voltage. Sorry to be hostile about this, but when I see an advertisement for some whatever newer generation 8051 while I ask a simple legit question, it kinda pissed me off.

Probably gonna get bashed by 8051 addicts now =P, going "omg I should be paid to answer questions how dare you"
