#91273 - You appear to be a noob....
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Joseph:
THE DATA SHEET FOR THE M27V512 CLEARLY INDICATES THAT THIS PART IS DESIGNED FOR READ MODE OPERATION AT 3.3 VOLTS. I THINK VIRTUALLY ALL THE RESPONSES YOU GOT WERE TO THE EFFECT THAT ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED OPERATING CONDITIONS. YOU ASKED IF YOU COULD RUN THIS PART AT +5 VOLTS. YOU'VE SAME AS BEEN TOLD "NO YOU CANNOT". IF HAVING OTHERS POINT OUT WHAT IT SO CLEARLY STATES IN THE DATA SHEET MAKES YOU GET PISSED OFF THEN YOU HAVE A BIT TO LEARN.

IF YOU THINK YOU CAN DEVISE A WAY TO RUN A PART OUTSIDE OF SPECIFICATIONS AND BY THUS DOING SO MAKE YOUR SELF APPEAR AS ANYTHING OTHER THAN A NOOB THEN YOU HAVE ANOTHER BUNCH OF THINKING TO DO.
