#92577 - datasheet for lcd |
Hi, i've been searching for an hour on the net but couldn't find anything.
I have one LCD 2x16 characters, from JHD and there are two more marks: "1602d rev.b" "JM7D-C1.04.3.10017" On the JHD (manufacturers) site i found out that i should see JHK45 datasheet, but cannot find such. The LCD has 16 pins for connecting. If anyone has the datasheed (I NEED the PINOUT), pls tell me. It seems it is not the standard PINOUT: 1-Vss 2-Vdd 3-Vee and so on.. I put +5V-pin2, OV-pin1, and +5V-pin3 (i have tried also 0V-pin3) but nothing happens. Thanks. Marjan |
