You generated high frequency noise by trucating the sinewaves and its not easy to give any level of radiated noise unless you know a lot more about the system,you would have to look at the frequency reponse of the whole system, all the shielding etc all you can do is as eric says only switch at the zero crossing points and you don't have to worry about it.
