having dv/dt != zero implies that there are two points between which the voltage changes. So it's not an electroSTATIC field between those two points any more. Additionally you have a changing magnet field because dI/dt != zero. What more do you need for electromagnetic waves? The rest is (as Steve pointed out) Maxwell. |
