Sorry Mehdi, I fail to understand the point of your question and I don't know how it can be brought to a successful conclusion.


Thing that i wanted to say and then I started this thread is this:
Some times such illogical signals help us to having reliable systems!


It would be fairly obvious to most of us that if we put an oscilloscope on a digital signal and found it not to be within the required voltages that we would suspect a problem. As to whether this could make the system more reliable???

Lost in translation maybe??
