I agree with this sentence
It is natural that final price of the product with excellent customer service is more expensive about 15-20%
For example i designed a laser diode temp controller
Total price was 350$ but i give it to customer 410$
So if there is a competitor at all(to designing special product)
he can sell his product cheaper than me
Always there are some people who see the price
And service & guaranty is not as important as price
