So it is NOT measuring the difference of the lines to local earth, but is supposed to measure the difference in voltages between tip and ring. You are totally right Jan, Well, I am not convinced this will work satisfactorily enough (e.g. that the "dim LED" is enough information to decide whether it is a exchanged wires situation) It works in my simulator too! |
