I just found out that my ALE is running at 763khz? ... why is this? isnt it suppose to be 333kHz?...

refer to "the bible" (with some special exceptions) you get 2 ALE's per clock cycle (12 clocks).

compare to what your instrument show for the oscillaor, it should be 1/6.

What's the problem?
