but I wouldn't buy it now that ARM owns it. It's a poor investment.
If you NEED these sophisticated features, then you can consider whether you should spend the money. If you're new to MCU development, you should stick with ASM for the 1st 10E8 lines of code, or until you are sufficiently familiar with the MCU that you don't need the assembler/linker any longer.
