I appreciate all replies.
I have tested booth Keil and SDCC.
I was up to use something that is used in real live.
Keil seems to by robust tool.

I agree that SDCC is good for beginners.
SDCC + PSPAD are not bad.
I like it because I feel that I can understand more what Im doing.

About that OS quarrel.
I say that I prefer Win not because I don’t know work with ux.
UNIX is part of my job and I have tested also various Linux distros.
Windows restarting is only myth that is used by people that lack of deeper knowledge of WIN.
You don’t have to restart WIN you make a same effort to understand it as Linux.

O and Im not working on comercial project.
We work at ressearch project and MCUs are not my specialization.
