WHAT are you doing with the PSEN ? it should go diretly to the program memory chip. That is normal, BUT I want to program the EEPROM on board using the parallel port, without having to remove it. Since a logic low from PSEN indicates that the CPU wants to read external data, I'm going to also use this line to enable parallel port input and have the data from it program the EEPROM, simply by issuing code to it. |
