#132083 - 80C51BH doesn't have EPROM

I believe that the 80C51BH was mask ROM programmed.

The 87C51 was EPROM based, but was one-time programmable, unless you have one of the parts in the ceramic windowed package.

I do not know of any EEPROM 8051 parts, though a number of newer parts are flash based.

Be advised that EPROM programming voltages may destroy any logic connected to the PSEN pin.
