I am glad you have come to the aid of 'our' forum. I have a small suggestion. If it is feasible, can you put a button to 'Report misdemeanor to moderator' next to every post along with a link to the new forum rules, to let the person who is reporting know what constitutes a misdemeanour, You can take a look at www.ebay.in to get an idea of what I am talking about. Here any dealing that deviates from ebay policy can be reported by the seller / buyer. Perhaps you could include logging of the person who reports to prevent malicious reporting.
