I don't think the current scoring system really achieves that; eg, from "Didn't search first" it may not be immediately obvious that this includes reading the so-called "bible", datasheets, etc. I think the scores should be clickable and linked to a page that gives a detailed explanation of what the scores mean and, more importantly, what to do about it.
