Does this mean we can no longer point newbies to "the bible"? Or to read the datasheet? I think "didn't search first" does not carry enough information to get the poster to read the right document. If I know something is in a certain document do I really have to go find the exact chapter for him/her?

Re. 4: The use of SMS

Is it maybe a good idea to add a score to indicate SMS is discouraged? It doesn't have to be a negative rating. Something like "No SMS please".
