A guy rang me this morning complaining because he had bought a product 12 months before I joined the comapny,he hadnt used it until today and now had desided that it didnt work as he expected.So I wasted a day sorting out a design that I havent worked on and fixing code that i didn't write because my boss knows less about the products that we sell than anyone else.
